Loft located a few meters from the beach. A privileged place, located in the Poblenou neighborhood, the favorite area of all those who visit the city.
The apartment is a ground floor, there are no stairs to enter, access is very comfortable and private.
It is a perfect apartment for 2 people or for a couple with a small child.
The Space:
The apartment is very well equipped, has very spacious and open spaces. The air conditioning cools the entire apartment in summer and heats the room in winter.
The bedroom area is separated from the rest of the apartment, it is equipped with two single beds, large closets and storage space. The entrance to the bathroom from the room turns the sleeping area into a suite. The bathroom is large, equipped, has a very calm decoration and is made up of two separate areas, so two people can use it at the same time perfectly
The spacious living-dining room has a comfortable sofa and a large 65-inch TV to watch the best movies and enjoy fantastic evenings. Our guests will be able to eat at a beautiful glass table decorated with comfortable chairs.
The kitchen area is spacious, comfortable and equipped, perfect for preparing the best breakfasts, dinners and lunches.
The apartment is very bright, it has a lot of light, the entire living-dining room and bedroom area has huge windows that give the apartment a lot of light, but at the same time they are totally private. Also, there are good curtains to keep out the light and sleep comfortably.
The apartment is designed to make our guests' stays as pleasant as possible and to make their stays as perfect as possible.
Entry is via electronic lock.
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
** As it is an apartment that is rented for one month stays or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds (7€ per day) before arrival and we will adjust it upon departure with utility bills, the guest will only pay for electricity, water and gas that is consumed.

Poblenou is located between the great beaches of Barcelona and the city center, which allows its residents, on the one hand, a great relaxed beach lifestyle and, on the other hand, proximity to a wide variety of shopping centers, bars and restaurants. In addition to good beaches, this neighborhood offers wide open spaces, green parks, and relatively few tourists.

The annual Llum BCN light art festival has been held since 2012 every February in Poblenou.

There is a parking lot on Rambla Poblenou, a few meters from the apartment.
There is a bus stop at the door of the apartment

The tram is one block from the apartment
You can walk to the beach
150 meters from the apartment you will find Rambla Poblenou, where you will find all kinds of shops and many restaurants and places to eat "tapas"

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
