It is located just 1 minute from the beach and the exclusive and busy Port of Aiguadolç, and a five-minute walk from the historic center of the coastal town. However, it preserves the tranquility, calm and serenity of an urbanization synchronized with the soft and parsimonious sound of the sea waves.
ACCOMMODATION:
Its small outdoor terrace offers unbeatable, sublime views over the Church of Sitges and the renovated San Sebastián Beach, a Mediterranean setting difficult to match. An ideal corner to enjoy breakfast, a good aperitif at noon or the sunset at dusk, as well as tireless conversations during the summer nights.
Its interior is cozy. The living room, with white walls, the kitchen a secluded space, but fully equipped. This house enjoys an exceptional decoration that gives an incomparable warmth.
From it starts the corridor that connects with the three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and a third room with a bunk bed. All of them have a fan, although the air conditioning in the dining room cools the entire apartment.
