This beautiful and bright apartment is located in a building that has been in my family for several generations. It has been completely renovated in the year 2015. It is located in the heart of the city of Barcelona, in Plaza Urquinaona 5 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city.
It sleeps 6 people, and are available as follows:
Entering the apartment, we find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob to cook comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking just like you would at home .
The dining room located in a beautiful independent living, has a modern and comprehensive table that seats 6 people.
From the dining room through a beautiful stained glass window, we enter a spacious lounge where you can relax after an exhausting day, it has two comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed with double mattress quality. For those moments of entertainment features a 37 "TV with satellite connection to enjoy a variety of channels.
The apartment has two suites, with an in-room bathroom. The first, which is accessed from the dining room has two single beds and a large closet where you can store all luggage without problem.
The main room with balcony, which is accessed from the lounge has a comfortable double bed large and large closet to store everything you need.
The two bathrooms have a shower and the master bedroom has bidet.
HOUSE'S RULES:
