Very nice duplex apartment tastefully renovated in early 2015 with three terraces, two with magnificent views of the sea and the famous Sant Bartomeu de Sitges church, 50m from the beach.
Immediate proximity to shops, restaurants, promenade and numerous beaches.

The apartment was completely renovated in early 2015, triple glazed windows, electric blinds. The kitchen has all the equipment, oven combined with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (take your capsules ...), toaster, fridge, freezer.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a private shower room with sink, heating, electric towel dryer and hairdryer. The large bedroom also has its own WC. A second WC is independent. Each bedroom has access to its terrace, the large bedroom terrace located to the east has an area of 13m2. It has 2 sun loungers and a comfortable seating area for an aperitif, reading or having a good time.
The terrace of the second bedroom to the west is the smallest and has the washing machine and dryer. It allows you to appreciate the setting sun.
The 2 bay windows of the living room open onto another terrace is where it is pleasant to eat. It has a table that can seat 6 guests.
