(Old farm, organic and sustainable land) A large fully equipped kitchen, large living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large landing. Heated swimming pool with double flat bottom (11 / 5m) terrace in natural stone and wood. Covered summer kitchen, storage shelters for sunbathing and barbecue. Fenced wooded grounds, parking and petanque field. Possibility to go to the market on foot because located 1.5 km from the village with shops, crafts and supermarket as well as a cinema and tennis courts. Located 20 minutes from Bergerac airport (or train station).
Cleaning is not included, nor are bed linen and towel sets.
Optional cleaning service available for €180.
Bed linen rental €15 per bed and towel set €12 per person (1 bath towel and 1 beach towel).
