Positive: The Hello Homes staff were exceptionally helpful. We needed to get to the airport on a public holiday when the coach service was restricted and full. By coincidence the train service was cancelled due to an accident. So getting a taxi was impossible. The staff arranged a private car for us and we got to the airport on time. Epic customer service!
