This property is located in the small, quaint town of Aigües in the Alicante Province on the Costa Blanca.
The groound floor patio has a barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen and a dining table and chairs. The patio on the first floor is furnished with two sun loungers. The top patio offers stunning views over the town and the surrounding landscape.
The house, built in 1859 has been fully renovated; the tall ceilings, the wooden roof beams and the thick stone walls were retained. On the ground floor are the living/dining area with a fireplace, a sofa, seating accommocation, a table and a television. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a mini oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso maker. There is also a dining table with chairs. The three bedrooms have a private patio and are located on the two top floors. They have been furnished with a double or two single beds each. Two additional beds can be placed in the bedrooms. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower. The other two bathrooms boast a shower tub, a sink and a toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available.
It is just a ten minute drive to El Campello and Villajoyjosa beaches. It is 30 minutes to Alicante town center and the airport. An artist's market is held every first Sunday of the month. It is an ideal place for nature lovers who want to hike, bicycle and climb.
