The 5000 sqm beautiful gardens surround the modern house which is made up of 4 double rooms & 1 single room & 5 bathrooms. Reception, dinning indoor and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. In the gardens there is a swimming pool, tennis /paddle court/ basketball/ swings. Tennis lessons are also available in the complex and the beach is 8 mins away. Views can be seen from every room in the house.

The main facade and the pool are oriented to the southeast enjoying natural light all day. Llavaranes town with is only 5 mins away and the stunning beaches and restaurant of Port Balis 8 mins away.Port Balis is famous for its sailing and is ideal for sailing classes.
