Beautiful villa with exceptional views of the Gulf of Ajaccio. It is located only 5 minutes from the center of Porticcio with its beaches and all amenities and 10 minutes from the airport and the entrance to the city of Ajaccio.
This modern villa of type F6 and decorated with taste, offers 280 m ² on two levels (year of construction 2017/2018).
This is composed as follows:
- A living room of 100 m² with lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and laundry.
- A first space-night, consisting of two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) a closet for one and a dressing room for the other . One bedroom with sea view has access to the terrace.
- The second sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom, with private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin and toilet) and a closet. Plus a separate toilet.
- The third sleeping-space on the ground floor, consists of two double bedrooms with closet, a common bathroom and a separate toilet. Both have their own direct access to the pool.
