The Malvasia family apartment is part of the Lotus Malvasia residential apartments, in the Levantina urbanization in Sitges.
It is a wonderful 3 bedroom apartment away from the bustling center for a peaceful and quiet family retreat.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It is located on the second floor although it is necessary to go down some stairs to access the apartment.
It is a cozy and homelike apartment, which combines the classic style of some elements with the comfort of modern equipment (flat screen TV, extendable table for 6 people and new appliances in the kitchen).
There is no corner of the room that is not flooded by the rays of sunlight as it is completely surrounded by large glass arches. Through the dining room you can access a beautiful elongated terrace where you can have lunch outdoors or simply sit and sunbathe.
The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and allows great freedom of movement. All three bedrooms have a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and natural light. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
