It is necessary to go down a set of stairs to access the apartment. It is a cozy and homely apartment, which combines the classic style of some elements (the chandelier, the French-style windows and the decorative fireplace) with the comfort of modern equipment (flat screen TV, extendable table for 6 people and electrical appliances new in the kitchen).
