Sublime one-bedroom penthouse in one of Sitges's most chic neighborhoods; La Levantina. Perfect for couples looking for a place to relax and disconnect from the city, away from the busy center.
Sleeps 6 people. On a third floor, no stairs needed to acces the apartment.
It is also the ideal apartment for couples with children or friends traveling together as it has an additional rest area next to the living room with a real double bed. It does not have the privacy of a separate room as it does not have doors or blinds, but it is much more comfortable than a sofa bed and also more practical as it has its own closet and storage space.
The entrance to the apartment is characterized by being of Lilliputians, but upon entering the ceilings rise to the top in the center. The ceilings are sloping in pyramid style, which makes it a charming and magical place. The corner of the living room next to the kitchen is the main protagonist, with a vintage carpet in a worn style and a beige sofa bed with chaise longue for 2 extra people.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine. From the dining room we go out to a completely private and furnished corner terrace. The views are the best, from the top of the house. It is like climbing the highest peak every morning and camping to lose yourself in the vastness of nature with the sea on the blue horizon.
Back inside we find the main bedroom with a large closet. The bed consists of two single beds that can be put together or separately according to your preference. The two rest areas (bedroom and living room) share a spectacular bathroom with a bathtub and double sink. So big you could dance a waltz in it. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.
This penthouse is practical, comfortable and beautiful. What more can you ask an apartment for to enjoy life? Well, a pool with a barbecue area to share with three other apartments in the same compound!
