Positive: The apartment was great, very clean, renovated in a modern and cozy style. The beds were all brand new and the materials they use are excellent quality, which is appreciated as for me hygiene and the quality of the materials in which I sleep is quite important. The kitchen seemed quite well equipped, also with practically brand new materials and everything very clean. The building is a bit old but in general it is quite good and it has a lift and the owners were very friendly and helpful at all times. The neighborhood is very good, it is multicultural and all kinds of people live there, but I found it very quiet. It is also very close to everything. There are many supermarkets and restaurants and Barcelona is 10 minutes by train and the station is 5 minutes from the accommodation. We couldn't have made a better choice. I totally recommend it.

Negative: Sometimes at night it's a bit hard to find a parking place.
