Clean views of 360 degrees to the Sierra de Guadarrama. Located on a farm just outside the town of Torre Val de San Pedro, 8 kilometers from the town of Pedraza, 20 from San Ildefonso, the Farm, and 25 from Segovia Capital. It is a perfect space to find tranquility.
THE MAIN HOUSE, is perfect for family gatherings or friends with a capacity for 12 people. In the 6000mts2 garden, there is a gazebo for meetings outside, a children's area, a porch, and a barbecue forge. It consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room for 12 people and kitchen, 4 double rooms with bathroom, 1 double room with bathroom and 1 room with two beds, as well as a sitting area. LA CASITA is a duplex attached to the Main House, with an independent garden of 400 m2, perfect for couples with incredible views of the Sierra del Guadarrama.
