Set in beautiful countryside just outside Mauroux and very close to the Bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. This traditional stone house offers fantastic views, peace and privacy. It is ideal for one or two families or a few friends sharing with private swimming pool and garden.
The main space is a lovely sociable open plan, with kitchen diner and living room. It leads on to a gorgeous balcony with spectacular views.
On ground level is a lovely shaded area that looks out onto the pool making it very easy to watch children play and enjoy your food.
The space
All the rooms in the house are generous. The 2 ground floor bedrooms have French doors leading to the garden and pool. They share a bath and shower room. There is a separate toilet. On the top floor are 2 more bedrooms sharing a shower room with toilet.
Guest access
Guests can access all areas except the barn which will be locked and house the gardening and pool tools. The utility room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board and is next to the is a washing line in the garden.
