Fantastic villa with private pool and large garden, ideal for family holidays on the Costa Barcelona. 30 years old minimum required. Located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, by the sea, 30 minutes by train or car from Barcelona, we offer this large villa of over 400m2 for up to 14 people.
Built on a private plot, trees, with large fully equipped terraces (tables, deckchairs), a barbecue area and a large pool. The villa includes a kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare your meals: 2 fridges, freezer, large hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ... But also a table that can accommodate all your guests. The living room has been designed to be as warm as possible with many sofas, a flat screen TV and a beautiful fireplace, all overlooking the terrace and garden. There are seven rooms spread between the ground floor and the first floor. Five of them have large double beds and two are furnished with two single beds each. All bedrooms have large wardrobes. Four large bathrooms with shower or bath and toilet, two of them are en suite. Not to mention a toilet next to the living room but also outside. The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared before your stay. It is equipped with a Wifi Internet connection, central heating and washing machine. An electric gate closes the property and directly overlooks 3 parking spaces. The beach and the marina is 400m away.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
After 20h00 there is a 30€ supplement for a late check in, after midnight 50€, after 01h00 it is 10€ more per additional hour. Supplements for Sunday and Bank Holiday check-in is 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, as available, is an extra 20€.
