Sleeps 16 people. The main villa has been strategically divided into 3 different apartments (one on each floor with its own kitchen and living room) and then, separately, there is a guest house (also equipped with a kitchen and living room) with a luxurious terrace and Jacuzzi. The distribution makes it ideal for families gathering together: - Apartment 1: Attic Floor It comprises a large and spacious living room with an open plan kitchen on one side and with access to a private terrace with top views of the town, the mountains and the sea. There is a separate double bedroom (with 2 single beds) with plenty of storage space and a very large bathroom with a bath and double sink. There is an extra sleeping area with a double bed next to the lounge. It's an open space without doors or shutters, so it's a good alternative to what a sofa bed in the living room would be. It's far more comfortable. There is also a guest toilet. - Apartment 2: Middle Floor This is the largest apartment of all; with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bath).
