This stunning Mediterranean style designer villa is located in the famous and private residential area of Quint Mar and has breathtaking panoramic views over Sitges and the blue Mediterranean Sea. Only 20 min drive to T1 Barcelona airport and 30 min by car or bus to Barcelona or 40 min by train. Our home is a modern villa with a stunning garden and private pool. We have views of the sea and the mountains of the Garraf Natural Park from all four levels. The villa has many beautiful and large terraces, a roof terrace with 180 degree views, large social areas and modern furnishings.
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a dining area and a living room with a 50-inch plasma TV, an office and a laundry room. The kitchen and living room open up to a large patio with space for 12 people, a large outdoor barbecue and the pool. Right next to the pool there is a nice lounge area perfect for relaxing in the sun.
On the second floor there is the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, sink, a large terrace, mountain and sea views.
