The property is located in a residential neighborhood, where it is forbidden to play loud music or make noises that may disturb the neighbors after 22:00 (Fridays and Saturdays) or 21:00 (all other days), in accordance with municipal regulations. Parties are not allowed.
The owners offer transfer service from Barcelona and Girona airports. During the stay, governmental water regulations may apply, affecting the use of the swimming pool or garden irrigation.
